FITNESS FUN GREAT MUSIC HIGH ENERGY
Tracey Royal is a certified fitness instructor, specializing in Zumba and Dance Blast classes. Licensed and trained in 2016, she has taught classes at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee Maryland Farms and Christ Church centers. In July 2019, she was named Employee of the Month at the Christ Church YMCA.
The popular Nashville fitness instructor has taught classes at Meharry Medical College, Fisk University, National Association of Independent Schools Annual Conference, The Epicureans, Inc. National Conclave, Charms, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Upsilon Psi Omega Chapter, and local churches and associations.
In 2020, Tracey taught five months of free and private virtual classes during the Covid-19 quarantine to provide a sense of wellness, community and connection. Classes are conducted via Zoom online platform.
